Jiangsu Liangyi is an ISO 9001:2015-certified nickel-alloy forging manufacturer in Jiangyin, China, producing Incoloy 945 / UNS N09945 (Alloy 945) forged bars, rings, flanges, valve bodies and wellhead parts to ASTM B637, manufactured to API 6A and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 requirements. Incoloy 945 is a precipitation-hardenable Ni-Fe-Cr superalloy, and its sour-service performance depends on tightly controlled chemistry, melting cleanliness and a precise solution-plus-double-aging cycle — all controlled in-house.

Why the metallurgy matters: the 44–47% nickel base resists chloride-induced SCC, the 3–4% molybdenum drives pitting and crevice resistance, and niobium/titanium/copper form the strengthening precipitates during aging. The result is a forging that meets NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3 hardness limits (typically 30–36 HRC) while delivering ≥895 MPa yield — the combination deep sour gas wells demand. Jiangsu Liangyi verifies chemistry to ASTM B637 / API 6A Annex H by OES spectrometry on raw material and finished parts.

Manufacturing: certified raw material is forged at controlled temperature with a minimum 4:1 reduction ratio (higher on request) for uniform grain structure, then solution treated and double aged per ASTM B637 or API 6A with calibrated temperature control; CNC machining holds tight tolerances (±0.05 mm achieved on subsea valve bodies); and full NDT — UT, MT, PT and RT per ASME/API — precedes shipment.

Properties (solution + double aged): tensile ≥1035 MPa (typ 1170), yield ≥895 MPa (typ 1030), elongation ≥25% (typ 30), RA ≥35%, hardness 30–36 HRC, max service 425 °C. Properties are adjustable to API 6A PSL 1–4 or customer manuals.

Chemistry (wt%): Ni 44–47, Cr 19.5–22.5, Fe bal, Mo 3.0–4.0, Nb+Ta 2.5–3.5, Cu 1.5–3.0, Ti 1.0–1.8, Al 0.30–0.70, C ≤0.05.

Capability: weight 0.5–30,000 kg per piece; full in-house melting, forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and NDT; 120,000 t/year.

Grade note: Incoloy 945, UNS N09945 and Alloy 945 are the same grade; it is an oil & gas grade with no standard EN/Werkstoff number — specify UNS N09945 for an exact match.
