The amount of irradiation light at each wavelength is measured with a priced silicon photodiode, and the current value of the measurement sample is measured based on the amount of irradiation light. Dedicated software can automatically display the spectral sensitivity and quantum efficiency of various solar cells and photoelectric conversion elements. Our original optical system has realized compactness and low cost.
