Our original xenon lamp optical system and high-efficiency monochromator have realized monochromatic light irradiation with a maximum of 5mWcm 2 on an irradiation surface of 10×10mm. Since the irradiation direction can be rotated 360 degrees, it is easy to irradiate the inside of a 10 mm square cell or a cryostat by horizontal irradiation.
