The KV-200 extreme ultraviolet spectrometer is a nitrogen purge type spectrometer. It can be used for spectral measurement (transmittance/reflectance measurement) and spectral irradiation at wavelengths from 120 to 300 nm. Previous Seya-Namioka mount vacuum ultraviolet spectroscopes required a vacuum pump and a vacuum-resistant housing, and the frame to support them was heavy, and there was concern about pump failure. However, the KV-200 extreme ultraviolet spectrometer is compact and inexpensive because it requires only nitrogen piping.
