Instant SPICY SOFT TOFU STEW made and eaten at home. Let's make a special stew with easily made SPICY SOFT TOFU STEW SAUCE. Various seasonings required for cooking are included in the golden ratio, so no additional seasoning is required.

“HOW TO COOK”

PREPARATION : 1 package of HAN.CHEF soup base, 280g Water, 350g Soft tofu, 70g Onion, 20g Green onion, 1 egg

1. Combine contents of 1 package of soup base with 280g water in a pot. Stir until well blended.

2. When it boils up, put sliced the soft tofu, onions, and green onions, and boil for another 5 minutes.

3. Put an egg into the stew and let it cooked for 1 more minute.

*Han Chef’s Tip: Add clam, squid, or beef into the stew for better taste.
