“HOW TO COOK”
PREPARATION : 1 package of HAN.CHEF paste, Water 20 g, Boneless & skinless
chicken thighs and pieces 250 g, Perilla leaf 20 g, Cabbage 250 g, Onion 50 g.
1. Marinate chicken 250 g in 1 package of HAN.CHEF paste for half an hour.
2. Stir-fry the marinated chicken for 2 minutes.
3. Add sliced vegetables and water 20 g and boil over medium heat for
10 minutes or until fully cooked.
* Cook the chicken fully and thoroughly.
* Add a splash of water to the pan if the water evaporates.
* Han Chef’s Tip: Add vegetables or cheese to the dish for better taste.
