Working Principle

The working principle of the crusher is a curved extrusion type.The hydraulic bar controls the motion of the moving jaw inside. When the jaw moves forward, it approaches a fixed jaw to create friction. Thereby, the material is crushed into small pieces. When the moving jaw retracts again, the angle between the lining plate and the moving jaw decreases, the moving jaw leaves the fixed one and the material inside is broken down. The material is then discharge through a lower opening in the crushing chamber and piles up outside of the machine.
