With its steel plate welded onto the box structure, the cutting mechanism is very stable. The shearing cylinder is connected by a ball joint, which improves the stability of operation and prolongs its service life considerably. Working Principle

The working principle is simple. Through an automatic feeding box, the material to be cut is moved to the upper material box. Then the waste is automatically moved to the cutting edge via a conveyor belt and is cut accordingly. The two sides of the material box are equipped with extruding oil cylinders. When large waste materials (crap parts, for example) can’t pass the cutting edge, they are instead squeezed by the oil cylinder and are then sent to the cutting edge via the belt again.



Machine Maintenance

1. Only operate the machine in accordance with procedures lined out in manual
2. Regularly add lubricating oil before each startup (the oil must be clean and free of precipitation)
3. The machine must always be kept clean, unpainted parts must be covered with anti-rust grease
4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing must regularly be refilled & replaced
5. Electrical parts must be checked regularly to ensure normal, safe and reliable operation
6. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob and key show any damage (If they are worn out, replace them right away and inquire about to the spare parts)
7. Check and repair the switch, fuse and handle regularly to ensure proper operation.
8. Lubricate and scrub the machine 10 minutes before work every day.
9. Operation by non-designated personnel is strictly prohibited. In general, it is necessary to stop the machine when the operators leave or are otherwise absent.
