Working Principle

Extensively used on the cutting of the crown and the side-walls of the tire, the process leaves a long rubber strip that can be further processed.

The machine consists of a a pair of integrated cutters, a speed reducer, frame and a transmission. The machine operates by having the two cutters shear the material, which is placed between the cutters. The latter are then moved forward to achieve the shearing effect.
