The Non-Ferrous Metal Separation Machine is widely used in the field of waste disposal, recycling and non-ferrous metal processing . During processing, non-ferrous metals are recovered and are then used for further processing.

Working Principle:

The machine’s innovative design is based on the following principle: a conductor produces an induced current at a high frequency that alternates a magnetic field. Simply put, it uses a magnet to separate non-ferrous metal parts. When the machine is running, it produces a high frequency that creates a magnetic field on the surface of the sorting roller.

As non-ferrous metal material enters the magnetic field, it induces a curret inside the metal block. The machine then produces a magnetic field in the opposite direction.

Now the non-ferrous metals (such as copper and aluminum) leap forward along the conveying direction due to the force of the magnetic field, thus creating a separation.

In order to achieve such a separation, the main area of the separation mechanism is based on material’s conductivity and the density ratio.

The machine is composed of two parts: Control & main body. The main part consist of a frame, motor, distributor (the core of the system), a magnetic drum, conveyor belt, conveyor drive drum, reducer and a protective cover)
