DESCRIPTION:

It is a high-efficient mixing machine, high loading coefficient but low energy consumption. High efficient on powders, powders with liquid mixing. Widely used in Foodstuff, chemical, pharmacy industry etc.

Consist of U shape mixing body, ribbon components, frame and transmission units. The ribbon components design with double layer, the outside layer push the materials into the center area, and the inside layer move the materials towards into the edge sides in the same time, which complete the mixing process with convective motions, for getting high uniformity and reduce the mixing time with high-efficient. The discharging outlet of the machine is equipped on the middle/side bottom of the mixing drum body, which driven by pneumatic valve for open/close to ensure no dead zone during discharging/mixing.

u The lid cover can be made with bolts fixed or door hinge for easy opened cleaning.

u Jacket for heating/cooling is available.

u Widely used for mixing large capacity production, the machine can be equipped with spraying nozzles for spraying the liquid materials into the powder if used for liquid-powder mixing.

u Screw conveyor(vacuum feeder) as auxiliary equipment for loading materials into the ribbon mixer.
