Working Principle:

The products enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper. The materials, impacted by the high-speed rotary milling hammer, been thrown into the fixed geared rings, then been bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well. After milling, the independent impeller device produce a strong air-flow to suck the powder passing through the mesh screen/sieve, and out from the chamber immediately, makes sure the powder won’t be blocked on the sieve or inside the chamber. Then the powder goes into the cyclone and discharging, some mini powder dust will be collected by the dust collector.

characteristics:

u The machine has a independent Impeller system, which can produce a strong air-flow to suck the powder out from the grinding chamber in time, and also takes the heat out at same time, so that the characteristic of the product won’t be changed by the heat. So it can grinding some heat-sensitive or sticky product with good result.

u Due to the strong air-flow caused during the grinding process, the air-flow in the grinding chamber blows the fine powder out timely (the final powder's size is adjustable by changing the sieve’s size). Thus, the final powder won't stay in the grinding chamber for a long time, which avoid the powder blocking situation inside the chamber. In the meantime, it increases the production capacity.

u The discharging part is equipped with a sealed rotary discharging device, it can make the discharging process be much more smooth/even, makes sure there is no powder-flying situation during the production.
