The machine equipped with hexagonal rod type milling components combined with the gear rings, to shred/crush the original raw material products into powders. Widely used in Pharmacy/Food/Chemical, etc.

Features:

The machine with simple structure, easy for operation and maintenance. During the milling process, the chamber produce air-flow to blow the milled powder out, makes sure no powder clog on the sieve or inside the chamber. All parts contact with materials made of stainless steel, equipped with cooling jacket around the chamber and bearing block, makes sure the chamber won’t be too hot, the long life time for bearings. With features of stable running, easy moving, low noise, high milling efficiency, and low consumption of power.

Working Principle:

The machine equipped with high speed rotating milling components and fixed Gear Rings inside the chamber, by milling components’ high speed rotating, the raw materials are thrown onto the gear rings for being crashed and milled into powder(crash between material&milling components, material&gear rings, material&material). During the milling process, the high speed rotating milling components can produce air-flow, this air-flow blowing the milled out powder out of chamber and pass through Mesh Sieve(The size can be adjusted by changing different sizes mesh). There would be cloth bag tied with the Outlet, this cloth bag will collected the powder, and release the air-flow in the meantime. The mini powder dust will be sucked into dusting room by the help of blower unit.
