QT-2022 Wrapped plant stem flow system

QT-2022 Wrapped plant stem flow system (fluid flow meter) uses the latest plant stem flow and water consumption measurement technology. The energy balance sensor measures the energy carried away by the plant sap flow and converts it into a real-time stem flow in the unit of g / hr or kg / hr. The sensor is non-intrusive and harmless to plants (generally heating plants 1ºC ~ 5ºC). The energy balance sensor principle has been widely used with most major crops and many tree species and has proven to be a scientific method. This method does not require calibration, and the stem flux can be measured directly through the energy balance and the thermal convection rate of the plant liquid flow.

Working principle: Using the principle of energy balance, Dynamax patented Dynagage energy balance sensor is used to determine the plant stem flow and plant water consumption (transpiration) by measuring the change in heat generated during water transport.
