Nabla fastening system

Nabla fastening system is a safe and reliable railway fastening system that most widely used in Europe,North America, Africa. In general, Nabla fastening system can be used in Tram, LRT, Metro, Main Line and High-Speed tracks. The special shape of the Nabla blade generates a dynamically stable toe load on the steel rails when the rail nut is torqued.

One complete set includes 4 pcs Nabla clips, 4 pcs Nabla insulators, 4 pcs screw spikes , 4 pcs flat washers and 4 pcs screw dowels.

Nabla Rail Fastening System With Nabla Spirng Clip For Fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail. The rail fastening system consists of rail pads, clips, insulating concrete sleeper and shall be single type in order to facilitate maintenance procedures. Fastening system will be of the so called "pre - assembled" system: this means that the sleepers are delivered on site already with all the components of the fastening assembled on it and this reflects in a faster and more efficient track laying. The fastening system shall be proven to provide the best possible ride quality for passenger traffic.
A screw spike, rail screw (or lag bolt) is a large (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm) metal screw used to fix a tie plate or fasten rail. Screw spikes are fixed into a hole bored in the sleeper.
A tie plate, baseplate or sole plate is a steel plate used on rail tracks between flanged T rail and the crossties. The tie plate increases bearing area and holds the rail to correct gauge. They are fastened to wooden ties by means of spikes or bolts through holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating material located between the rail foot and the sleeper, or baseplate surface.
A Spring Clip is a metal fastener made of spring steel which clamps the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate.
