W30 rail fastening system

W30 fastening system is widely used on ballasted track and concrete sleepers. W30 fastening system operates reliably with minimal wear and require almost no maintenance. Due to its high toe load, dynamic fatigue strength and high rail creep resistance, it provides a highly elastic solutions for both conventional and heavily loaded rails.

We use TPU material for rail pads, which can challenge all harsh weather and adapt to a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +50°C. It is an ideal material to cope with extreme temperature fluctuations.
They ensure a safe ride every time, even in extreme weather conditions and high atmospheric humidity.
