It is an all-purpose dashi (soup stock) soy sauce containing 20% daikon extract and plenty of squeezed daikon juice.
We process daikon grown by our own and contracted farmers to make "Sashimi-no-tsuma" and "Daikon-roshi" (grated radish).
In order to make effective use of the daikon juice, a byproduct of the production process, we collaborated with Kurosawa Soy Sauce Shop to create "Tsuya" daikon soup stock soy sauce, The product has been commercialized.
