Product Information

Product features: 1. The product has high strength, the national standard strength requires 0.50MPa, and the product can reach 0.6-0.9MPa.

2. Stable quality, good anti-seepage performance, heat aging resistance;

3. Just add water, simple and easy to use;

4. Strong adhesion, fast hardening speed, not easy to hollow drum;

5. The paste layer is thin, the weight is light, and the dosage is small.

Main ingredients: Portland cement, refined sand, imported rubber powder and functional additives.

Scope of application: porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, mosaics, etc., the side length of the pasted ceramic tile specifications ≤ 800mm.

Theoretical dosage: 5~6kg/㎡;

Base requirements:

1. The base layer should be solid and firm, not hollow, and the tensile strength should not be less than 0.5MPa;

2. The flatness error is less than 3mm (2 meters to check by ruler).

Glue preparation:

1. Pour the powder into the water and stir it into a paste, pay attention to the water first and then the powder;

2. The mixing ratio is: powder: water is 1:0.2-0.25 (the proportion of water is suitable for the best construction)

3. Stir evenly, fully mix the gouache, and there is no starch dough at all; after stirring, it must stand for 10 minutes, and then stir evenly again before use.

4. The stirred glue must be used up within 2 hours.

Tile pasting:

1. Clean up the dust and release agent on the back of the tile;

2. Paint the back of the tile with this product, leave it above 25 °C for 3-4 hours, and extend the drying time below 25 °C;

3. Use a tooth scraper to extend the same direction of the base layer and the back of the tile to scrape the tile adhesive for double-sided gluing, and then knead the tile on the wall.

4. The tiles can be adjusted arbitrarily within 10 minutes, and the recommended construction thickness is 8-12mm.

Construction temperature: The construction environment temperature should be between 5°C~35°C.

Storage and transportation: Avoid direct sunlight, should be placed on the pallet and stored off the ground to prevent rainwater from soaking and avoid excessive stacking.
