This equipment irradiates solar cells with monochromatic light of constant energy and constant photons without wavelength dependence, and measures the spectral sensitivity characteristics and quantum efficiency of various solar cells. Equipped with a color bias light source for multi-junction solar cells, it is possible to measure longer wavelength regions than the conventional equipment (CEP-25BX).

Equipped with a white bias light source as standard, it can easily measure spectral sensitivity characteristics under simulated sunlight and IV characteristics as a solar simulator using AM-1.5G.

  • This is a spectral sensitivity measurement device conforming to JIS C8944 multi-junction solar cell spectral sensitivity characteristic measurement method.
  • Equipped with a color bias light source for multi-junction solar cells, it is possible to measure the spectral sensitivity of each layer of the tandem cell.
