Video: Automatic Mooncake Production Line
The outer casing and inner stuffing will be put into the hoppers of HM-588 auto encrusting machine separately. After the mooncake stuffed and shaped, the product will be transported by the conveyor to the HM-101 mooncake – maamoul stamping machine. The stamping mold will press down vertically to shape the food right below the mold. Finally, HM-203 automatic aligning machine will arrange the products on the tray. The mooncake production line can be applied for all kinds of stuffed bakery foods and pastries.
