HM-588 is the newest multipurpose encrusting machine, suitable for wide variety of foods. The 45-degree slope of extrusion flow controllers, with two individual motors to control respectively, reduce the remains in the hopper. The smooth extruding system eases the influence of the screw, preserving the texture of the ingredients. Another new design is the patented 2-phase shutter system, controlling the thickness of the crust and the proportion of skin and fillings.
