HM-168 is a multifunctional encrusting machine which can process diverse ingredients. Patented in seven countries, HM-168 won the silver medal of the National Invention and Creation Award of Taiwan in 2010. HM-168 is compatible with devices to produce foods with special shapes and forms. Additionally, HM-168 comes with optional stainless steel accessories for meat, poultry and fish products, which is suitable for bakery foods, confectionery, minced meat and fish products. The maximum capacity of a 45-gram product are 100 pieces per minute.
