Vanilla is a type of Orchidaceae that grows vines and lives semi-epiphytes. Vanilla planifolia has a flat, ivory, ovate, oblong or lanceolate shape, with a sharp tip and parallel veins. Vanilla is widely used in everyday life and industry, both in the beauty, food, beverage and health industries. However, we often encounter the aroma and taste of vanilla planifolia in pastry, baking and ice cream. The addition of vanilla planifolia is intended to increase the flavor of the other ingredients. Grade AA vanilla beans are usually longer, the product is older (perfectly ripe) so the contents of the beans are more and the aroma is stronger.

We prefer to use real vanilla beans (not artificial/imitation vanilla which is usually called vanilla) for additional ingredients in your product, because it will be healthier to use and more optimal in taste and aroma.
