Brewing Guide:
1. Gaiwan or glasses style are both recommended,you may enjoy the steeping progress and tea color changing.
2. 3g Dry tea is recommended for every 150ml (5oz) of water. The dry tea with water scale is 1(g):50(ml) Ideal water temperature is around 85 ºF (85 ºC).
3. For the first and third steeping, brewing time should not last over 1 second. The tea color should be gold yellow.
4. You may have a break 1 minute at 4th steeping, to fell the sweet after taste.
5. From the 4th steeping, the brewing time should last long 3seconds, 5seconds and 8 seconds in the followed each steeping, and without lids.
6. In the 10th steeping, the water should not over 80 ºC and below 85 ºC, brewing time should last 25-35 seconds, and then pouring out the tea.
