Function

The Automatic equipment (DE-SRM ) is a kind of assembly line equipment for appearance defect inspection of nursing pads .This set of AOI equipment includes a Receiving machine, a Feeding machine, and an AOI detector. The Receiving machine collects incoming materials from the production line ; the loading machine is connected to the receiving machine, in which products to be inspected will be rubbed and then transmitted to the AOI detector. The AOI inspector performs online intelligent visual inspection on the incoming products and judge whether it is defective or not. The automated assembly line equipment can not only replace manual defect detection, improve production efficiency and save production costs, but also is convenient to be connected to the production line to achieve one-stop operation.
