Function

Stress defects such as points, lines, blocks and rollers generated in the tempering process of glass products not only affect the appearance, but also seriously affect product performance.

This AOI Stress Defect Detection Equipment detects stress defects caused by the tempering process of products such as mobile phone glass covers/back.

AOI machine ( AOI-DBA2 ) has two assembly lines, which can simultaneously detect stress defects on two pieces of glass cover/ back at one time. Each assembly line has two inspection positions, and each position can detect stress defects such as points, blocks and rollers in the glass cover/ back. However, due to directivity in linear stress defects, two inspection stations are required to detect linear stress defects in all directions.

Fully automated production will be achieved by connecting this Stress Defect Detection Equipment to our loading and unloading machines. This kind of automatic inspection not only replaces manual inspection with higher production efficiency and lower costs, but also facilitate to be connected to the production lines achieving one-stop operation.
