FAQ

1. Can I use the duplicator to copy encrypted data?

Yes, if your data is encrypted by software, you can copy it directly, and the target data will be the

same as the source after the copying is completed.

2. How can I be sure that the data is correct?

The copier is built-in with the bit-for-bit comparison function to strictly ensure that the data is correct.

3. Can IDE hard drives be backed up?

The WT100P does not support IDE copy, but you can apply the ST11, ST13, IT11 to make an

IDE-to-SATA backup through an IDE adapter. Most old industrial machines can be backed up.

4. If the source drive has bad sectors, can it still be backed up?

Yes, the machine has a built-in 'Skipping Bad Sectors' setting, which can be set to 'Unlimited'

to enable the master to be copied.

5. Can I copy NVMe M.2 PCIe drives?

PT13, PT11 are both SATA 3.0 protocols and can copy SATA signal disks.

If you want to copy NVMe drives, the PS100 or NV03 would be good for the copy.

6. Can I use a CF-to-SATA adapter to copy CF or CFAST cards?

Yes, you can use an adapter to copy CF/CFast cards, but it will be easier to use the DF01 CF card duplicator.

7. Why is there no speed degradation?

8. How does WT100P use the read-only source port to protect master’s data?

The integrated read-only design allows the WT100P to be connected to a PC for data analysis,

but the computer cannot write or mark on the master disk, thus achieving the preventing effect.

9. Is it complicated to operate the duplicator?

The JetMedia duplicator is designed for "one-button operation", and is also standalone to work

without the need of connecting to a computer or downloading software. In addition, we provide
