EXPRO Automatic Meat Tenderizer Tenderizing Machine is designed to pierce the brine injected meat by its multi needle knife without shredding it.

The needle knife head moves up and down to complete each puncture. The meat after tenderizing will have a much larger internal surface, which helps to precipitate the protein from the meat more efficiently. The precipitated protein will be dissolved in the brine, which makes the meat tenderer and also increases the viscosity of the meat cuts so as to shorten the tumbling time and improve the yield. Another typical function of this machine is it can be used to break down the fibers and the sinew in the tough cuts (such as beef steak), making it much easier to chew.

It adopts the stepper motor to convey the product forward.

The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304. The machine adopts famous European-branded electrical components.
