The drum-type food former is designed to form up hamburger, fish cakes, chicken nuggets, cookies, etc. The shapes and sizes of the moulds are custom made to customer requirements. Different form shapes can be made by changing the corresponding moulds. The thickness of the products is adjustable by adjusting the stroke length of the piston. The maximum diameter of a single form shape is100mm. As the drum rotates, the piston is pushed out of the drum and a stainless steel wire strips the portion from the piston and a newly formed product is deposited onto the conveyor belt. By connecting with a shuttle conveyor, the formed products can be placed in multiple strands, which is can be used in continuous production lines. Construction advantages: The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304. The machine adopts famous European-branded electrical components.
