Application:
ZYD-I High vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration machine is widely used in purification of all kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and super-voltage transformer oil. ASSEN’s power transformer oil regeneration machine restores transformer oil by removing acidity, sludge and soluble oil decay products with silica gel treatment technology. When the treatment is complete, the reclaimed oil meets or exceeds international standards for new oil with lower acidity and improved tan delta, inter-facial tension, and oxidation stability.

Performance:

In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:

Water Removal: From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)

Gas Removal: From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.

Particulate Matter Removal: 98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.

Dielectric Strength: Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
Acid Removal: after treatment, the acid value will down to less than 0.1mgKOH/g

Free Carbon Removal: there is no free carbon’s residue
