APPLICATION:
Under effect of heat and electric field, the exposure of insulation oil not only contained trace water, gas, particulate matters, but also acid, sludge, pitches and dissociated carbon. ASSEN ZYD-I Double Stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration System machine can fast remove the moisture, gas and mechanical impurities as well as eliminating organic acid, sludge, pitches and dissociated carbon in the deteriorated transformer oil which are difficult to be removed by conventional oil purifier plants. After the treatment, the regenerated oil can met the required standard and life span of new insulation oil.

6.Double-infrared
liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine
operation easy and safely.
7.Adopt
interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and
liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil
leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be
power off automatically.
8.Functions
of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
9. Filter medium can fast and effectively remove acid, free carbon

Extremely dirty oil can be reused after regeneration. The cost of purchasing regenerated oil is typically less than 90% of new oil.5.Control of strategic asset is retained. Oil in use is an asset.
