Application

Series TYA-I Fire-resistance Hydraulic Oil Filtration Plant is specially designed for regeneration of the fire-resistant hydraulic oil and EH phosphate ester fire-resistant oil from the speed control system of 300,000KW’s generator sets and above. It is also suitable for other hydraulic systems using phosphate ester fire-resistant fuel as the working medium.

Features:
1.High Efficiency Acid Removal and Dehydration.
2.Equips with a new and efficient regeneration system and dehydration chamber, which can quickly reduce the acid value and moisture of the fire-resistant oil, increase its resistivity, and restore the physical and chemical properties of the oil.
3.Cleanliness up to NAS grade 5.
4.The tank and pipelines where fire-resistant oil going through are all made of 304 stainless steel, Anti-acid and corrosion resistance type sealing, filter elements.
