The Arrabbiata sauce is one of the most famous and beloved recipes of Roman cuisine. Few and simple ingredients for a condiment appreciated all over the world. We prepare this sauce using only Italian tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of chilli. A plate of penne with our arrabbiata sauce is ideal for all events: unexpected guests, a midnight pasta or a packed lunch by the sea.
