Z20001 is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) with 240*320 resolution. IPS (In-plane Switching) technique make this 2" LCD module have a wider view angle. This circular LCD display is built-in ST7789V driver IC. This a-Si TFT LCD module come with 8-bit MCU/4-wire SPI interface, 400 cd/m² brightness.


