4. Terms of payment: The Buyer makes an payment to the Seller's bank account by issuing a divisible

irrevocable standby letter of credit SBLC (МТ 760) valid for one year and one month, filling the amount of the cost of the two-monthly batch of the goods within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing this contract and receiving an invoice for payment.

At the time of delivery of goods on FOB terms, the Buyer, within 2 (two) banking days from the date of delivery of shipping documents pays by direct payment using SWIFT transfer T / T (MT 103/202) the required amount for each delivery of volume, while maintaining the volume of filling SBLC for the next month of delivery of the goods and so on, until the expiration of the contract

5. Delivery (transfer) of the volume of goods on FOB terms - Constanta port, Romania within 30 banking days from the date of SBLC verification by the Seller's bank

PROCEDURE:

1. Receipt by the Seller of an application in LOI format from the Buyer

2. Issuance of a two-sided Full Commercial Proposal from the Seller

3. Buyer sends a signed two-way commercial offer to the Seller

4. The buyer confirms the availability of funds in his account (BCL issue / bank statement)

5. Drafting and signing a contract

6. Receiving a Commercial Invoice for payment

7. Reconciliation of the Commercial Invoice for payment

8. RWA (using payment МТ 999) about readiness to issue SBLC

9. A response RWA from the seller's bank about the readiness to accept SBLC;

10. The Buyer sends an information letter using SWIFT MT 799 about the readiness to release SBLC MT 760.

11. The Seller sends a response information letter using SWIFT MT 799 about his readiness to accept the posted SBLC MT760

12. The Buyer issues in favor of the Seller MT760 in SBLC format

13. Sending MT 760 in SBLC format

14. Acceptance of the SBLC by the seller`s bank

15. Verification of the SBLC by the seller`s bank

16. With a positive outcome of verification of the fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the signed contract.

17. The Buyer or his authorized representative have the right to be present at the loading of the goods and control the quality and quantity of the goods.

18. Shipment of goods within 30 banking days from the date of verification SBLC by the Seller's bank.

19. Opening of the standby letter of credit within 48 hours from the moment the consignment is loaded on board the vessel and the provision of shipping documents.
