The booths can be manufactured from galvanized or stainless sheet.
They can be designed so as to be integrated into the automatic and manual systems.
There is a platform for material and personnel safety on the pool. The platform covers the entire pool.
In Elboy Filterline Wet Paint Application Booths, environmental pollution is prevented by applying 3 different filtration system at the same time.
Wet paint particles vacuumed through suction fan in the air are caught by the water curtain on the back of the booth and sent to the pool.
Wet paint particles in the trace amount which are not caught by the water curtain are caught by the separators on the suction channels on the back side of the water curtain and fresh air outlet is provided from the flue.
The back washing system is applied in the separator section to assist the process of retaining the wet paint particles of the separators. Filtration efficiency whose contact surface is increased by spraying washing water through the nozzles is maximized.
While painted dirty water accumulated in the pool passes to the pumping suction chamber, it passes through a coarse grid and a fine grid in order to prevent blockage of the pump spraying water, thus ensuring paint particles to be retained.
When the dirty water in the pool becomes unusable, it can be disposed from the waste water valve placed after the grids in the suction division.
