TWINLINE Automatic powder coating booths are designed for conveyor systems and suiatble for painting robots. Suction systems and body constructions are designed to prevent the powder paint from escaping outside the booth. Powder coated sheet iron , stainless steel or plastic material can be used in the construction of these booths which can be easily assembled and disassembled. The cabin can be integrated with exproof motor, exproof lighting and fire extinguishing system. The measurements of the Automatic Powder Coating Booths are specially selected according to the product sizes to be painted. They are produced with Jet-Pulse Filter, Mono Cyclone or Multi Cyclone according to customer's demands. Spray booth can be placed on the automatic moving platform according to the design. It has automatic floor cleaning feature with compressed air and very easy color change can be done.
