Machining centers are suitable for parts that are
complex, have many processes, and require high
precision.
They require multiple types of common machine tools,
numerous tools and tooling, and multiple clampings
and adjustments to complete the processing.
Its main processing objects include the following
four categories.
(1) Box-shaped parts Box-shaped parts generally refer
to parts with multiple hole systems, a cavity inside,
and a certain proportion in the length, width, and
height directions.
Such parts are widely used in machine tools,
automobiles, aircraft and other industries, such as
automobile engine blocks, gearboxes, machine tool
spindle boxes and axle boxes, diesel engine blocks,
gear pump housings, etc.
(2) Complex curved surfaces Like CNC milling
machines, machining centers are also suitable for
processing complex curved surfaces, such as aircraft,
automobile parts, impellers, propellers, various
curved surface forming molds, etc.
(3) Special-shaped parts Special-shaped parts are
parts with irregular shapes.
Most of them require mixed processing of points,
lines, and surfaces, such as brackets, bases,
templates, masters, brackets, etc.
(4) Discs, sleeves and plate parts Disc sleeves or
shaft parts with keyways or radial holes, or hole
systems distributed on end and curved surfaces, such
