Spindle

45# steel forged spindle, with high speed, high precision and strong rigidity; the spindle speed adopts manual four-speed speed change, with stepless speed regulation in the gear, which greatly reduces the probability of machine tool operation failure. bed rails

The guide rails of the bed are finely ground after ultrasonic quenching. They have high hardness, good rigidity and long service life. The slide adopts guide rail surface plasticization process, which has good wear resistance and high precision.
