The vacuum tumblers are designed to reduce soaking time, change muscle tissue, and enhance the color, flavor, quality, and texture to increase product volume. This allows for it to get a more tender and juicier for products such as poultry and sea food.

With the vacuum tumbler function, the marinating time can be cut to about 30 minutes depending on the sort of meat, which in comparison to the traditional method that would need about 48 hours to soak and marinate.
