4. Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Solvent Refining Vacuum Distillation Plant Process Flow
Collecting waste engine oil or waste lubricating oil → pretreatment → vacuum dehydration→ high vacuum flash distillation→ base oil →solvent refining →solvent recovery and reuse →refined base oil.
After collecting the waste lubricating oil, it is filtered into the oil unloading tank through a grille, then pumped into the storage tank for sedimentation pretreatment, dehydration and impurities removal, and then entered the distillation tower for vacuum dehydration. The distillates are separated by high vacuum distillation and refined by MMP(methyl pyrrolidone) solvent to obtain qualified base oil. The MMP solvent is recovered and reused by solvent recovery unit, and the refined aromatic oil is taken out. The whole process operates in full airtight mode without exhaust gas output.


5. Economy Benefits
5.1 The recovery rate of the base oil is mainly determined by the waste oil material quality ,collected from 4s stores will be better ,collected from marine diesel engine will be worse .
5.2 General recovery rate (suppose waste oil material without water ) :
5.2.1 Light industrial fuel oil 5~10%
5.2.2 Heavy industrial fuel oil 8~15%
5.2.3 Base oil 70~85%
5.2.4 The base oil with solvent refining technology ,it can meet lubricant oil base oil Q/SY44-2009 HVI class 100 SN ,200SN ,350SN standard .
5.2.5 With full automation and easy operation, it can be managed easily by only 1 or 2 persons. It takes about 3 or 4 days for you to learn how to opertate the distillation plant.
