Working Process:

Coalescence dehydration oil filter machine has five levels of filtration system:

1.The first level of oil filter, located in the suction port of the coarse filter to protect the pump and extend the life of the main filter.

2.The second stage pre-filter is located upstream of the coalescer. Can extend the life of coalesters, but also can reduce the content of particles in the liquid after filtration.

3.The third stage coalescence filter causes the moisture in the oil to condense and sink.

4.The fourth level separation filter further blocks the tiny water droplets in the oil to achieve efficient separation.

5.The fifth grade fine filter filter media with high precision and pollutant capacity of the filter, can be safe and efficient purification of oil.
