Various Material Type
304 ASTM(1.4301 EN/DIN,JIS SUS304);304L ASTM(1.4307 EN/DIN,JIS SUS304L); 316 ASTM(1.4401 EN/DIN,JIS SUS316);316L ASTM(1.4404 EN/DIN,JIS SUS316L) are standard. Other material types are available upon request.

Features

UHP tubes and pipes are rinsed with 18MΩ DI water and purged with 99.9995% filtered nitrogen and are packed in an Class 10 cleanroom.

Variety of Inside Diameter Surface Finish Level
A variety of surface finish grades are offered for customer's various application as cost saving options. For example, annealed and pickled (AP), mechanically polished (MP), bright annealed (BA), electro polished (EP).

Chemically Cleaned and Passivated
BA and EP grade tubes and pipe are chemically cleaned and passivated to keep nonvolatile residue levels to comply with ASTM G93 or SEMI E 49.6.

Raw material inspection:

Tread and slight crack defect inspection; Dimensional tolerance inspection; Material composition inspection.

Manufacturing process inspection:

Finished product inspection:

appearance, color and luster, wire defect and spot inspection; Dimensional tolerance inspection; Length and straightness inspection; Physical and chemical tests; Non-destructive tests and hydraulic tests.

Packaging
BA and EP grade tubes and pipes are packed as following manner:
Ends are faced and protected with polyamide nylon film and polyethylene caps, packed in single (BA grade) or double (EP grade) polyethylene bags.
