Application: It can be widely applied to process large-scale
ultra fine powder, encompassing calcite, marble, limestone,
talcum, kaolin, dolomite, gypsum, feldspar and other non-metallic
minerals.
Structure:It is mainly composed of bucket elevator, hopper, main
unit, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, muffler, blower,
sound proof room and so on.
Working principle of ultra fine vertical roller mill
plant
The grinding disc is driving by motor through reducer. The
material falls to grinding disc from the feed opening. The
materials are driven to the edge of disc by the centrifugal force
and crushed into fine powders by rollers. Then, the hot air from
the nozzle take the fine powder to high efficiency classifier.The
qualified powder are taken by the air to the powder collector to
be collected, while the unqualified powder are sent back for
regrinding.

ball mills, etc.
5. With leading grinding equipment technology, the improved
grinder can be operated at low vibration. Compared with Taiwan or
domestic brands, CLUM series grinder has lower
noise.
6. The whole system is fully closed-loop system, with small dust
pollution, so the production environment is more clean and

7. In the main grinding mill, the main wear-resistant parts are
all imported wear-resistant materials, which can increase the
service life of the grinding machine and reduce maintenance

8. The grinding process can fully automatically use computer to
control the addition of grinding agent for powder processing,
thus increasing product added value. The complete production line
is fully under PLC control; flash real-time display and can
perfectly link the machine control system of continuous modifier
