CaCl2 granulation production line
The whole calcium chloride granulation line starts from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final spray granulation for producing anhydrous calcium chloride. It mainly includes three parts: 1. Reaction section, 2. Fluidized bed drying granulation, 3. Cooling and packaging.
Complete process chain from the production of CaCl₂ solution, through its concentration, to the final product, such as:
l Flakes CaCl₂
l Granules CaCl₂
Feedstocks
l CaCl₂ solution - all concentrations
l CaCl₂ solution containing NaCl - e.g. from the soda industry
l HCl and limestone (CaCO3)
Process Characteristics
l Reaction of HCl with limestone to produce CaCl₂
l Concentration in proven evaporators
l Flakers and calciners
l Fluid bed granulators
l Product packaging
l Set spray, drying and granulation in one; make granulation realized in one step.
l Parallel flow way of spray drying is adopted, so that heat sensitive materials can be easily operated.
l Two stage drying methods: use spray drying and fluidized bed drying, so the water content can be very low.
l Equipment is operated under closed negative pressure, so no dust generated.

l The whole process from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final granulation process can be completely automated, with high automation level.
l Flexible production-can produce both anhydrous and dehydrate calcium chloride products.
