This hot air furnace consists of shell, combustion chamber, heat exchanger core and insulation layer. The heat exchanger core is composed of parallel-arranged mould compression heat exchange plates, which are made of stainless steel such as 316L/304, depending on the temperature requirements. Two adjacent heat exchange plates form one heat exchange unit, and a heated air chamber allowing the heated air vertically flowing is formed between the heat exchange units. The heated air inlet, outlet, and some others are set on the shell. This equipment has compact structure and high thermal efficiency. The film coefficient of heat transfer is high, almost 2 to 3 times of the common tube and fin tube, the working temperature can be 800deg.C. And the volume is only 30% of the air jet and radiant heat exchanger.
