Track bolt is a common method to fix track in railway
construction. In most cases, when a new track is built, in
order to secure the track or connect two tracks, it must be
secured by using track bolts to secure the track track in the
right place. The track bolt itself consists of more than one
threaded bolt. It usually consists of two or three parts of a
fastener, which is a threaded bolt, nut, and sometimes a lock
washer. Gaskets prevent track bolts from moving or becoming
loose due to strong vibrations caused by passing trains. Once
the lock washer can engage the bolt, then the bolt prevents
slipping or twisting loose. This is the most common method
used in track fastening systems.
Due to the need for the fastening system, it must be as
strong as possible to prevent any possible transfer.
Therefore, most track bolts are made of hardened steel. This
steel has been specially treated to prevent it from rusting
easily. Whether made of concrete, wood or other materials,
track bolts should meet the requirements of different railway
designs.
We can customize all kinds of bolts according to the drawings
provided by customers.
