Description of the tortilla machine line

1. The tortilla production line includes press part, forming part and baking part. It can make bread, tortilla, roti, arabic bread, pizza base, pizza crust ,dumpling wrapper, samosa wrappers etc.

2. First press parts make the dough to pieces, customers can adjust the thickness of dough.

3. Then the forming parts will form the dough into different shape and size.(according the mould). The shape can be round ,square,oval,diamond, rectangular,etc

4. For making round shape tortilla, the diameter can be 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 130mm, 150mm, 300mm, 400mm or larger diameter.
5. The thickness range is adjustable from 0.7-5mm.  The three roll type tortilla machine can make the forming at one-time, uniform of bread' size and thickness.

6. The finally products will be baked by tunnel oven. The oven can be made of gas or electric.
