The Kontur 700 TPK trunking machine is designed for horizontal road marking of asphalt concrete and cement concrete roads with modern thermoplastics and one-component quick-drying enamels using reflective glass beads. The enamel marking unit consists of a tank, a paint pump and a gun unit. The container for enamel is equipped with a horizontal mixer. The machine is equipped with two spray guns and two powder spray guns mounted on a mobile carriage. The carriage allows marking with enamel on both the left and right sides of the machine. Thermoplastic road marking is carried out by an extruder, behind which sprinkling guns are installed for applying reflective glass beads. The block allows drawing lines from 5 to 40 cm wide in various combinations. As standard, the extruder is equipped with eight valves with a width of 5 cm; at the request of the customer, the width and number of valves can be changed. The valve opening control system allows you to draw solid noise lines, lines with a periodically changing profile and pattern.
