- A wide range of vessels and combined configurations are available: multi-functional tanks (combined mash agitator & lauter tank, combined boiling kettle & whirlpool tank), as well as independent process tanks including mash mixing tank, lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool tank and hot & cold water tanks.

- Fully piped and wired with complete valves and sensors.

- Equipped with sanitary centrifugal pump systems.

- Separated independent CIP system configured for each single tank to effectively avoid cross-product contamination.

- Master brew interface control system with touch screen panel is available.

- Integrated operating platforms and staircases form a compact unit together with tanks. The walk-on surface adopts perforated and sectional structure to prevent slipping.

- Automatic lautering and automatic water mixing systems are equipped as standard.

- High-quality insulation materials are adopted: 80mm rock wool or PU insulation.

- Exquisite welding and polishing: full argon shielded welding with polishing precision up to Ra 0.6μm.

- World-class electrical components: PLC control system, touch screen panel, push-button circuit breakers, solenoid valves and other pneumatic parts.

- Premium wear-resistant materials: inner shell in 3.0mm SS304, outer shell in 2.0mm stainless steel.

Fermentation Unit

Standard conical cylindrical stainless steel fermenters are supplied. The quantity of fermenters is precisely calculated according to the fermentation cycle of different beer types. All manholes, valves, pressure gauges and fittings are fully included.

Bright Tank Unit

Standard stainless steel bright tanks are prepared for beer maturation, conditioning, storage and carbonation. The tank quantity is customized based on beer varieties and practical functions, complete with all necessary manholes, valves, carbonation stones, gauges and accessories.

Cooling Unit

Insulated glycol water tanks are provided with optional copper coils for glycol liquid storage and mixing. High-efficiency refrigeration chillers with Freon supply stable cooling energy. Sanitary centrifugal pumps are applied for glycol circulation between tanks and heat exchangers. All pipelines, fittings and insulation materials are included in the package.

Control Unit

Independent electrical control cabinets are configured for temperature regulation and on-off control of the brewhouse and cooling sections. Standard accessories contain temperature controllers, thermocouples, solenoid valves and other electric components. An advanced PLC touch screen control system can be installed upon special customized requests.
